Job Summary:

As an Operations Manager in the Implementation team, your role involves implementing Employee Transport Solutions for enterprise customers on the ground. Your focus is on ensuring customers understand and benefit from the solution, while also upholding the company’s trust and reputation.

You’ll need strong strategic leadership skills to collaborate effectively with various external and internal stakeholders. Building relationships, influencing others, and effective communication are key aspects of your role. You should have a good understanding of operations and technology, along with the ability to lead your team to achieve results and make a meaningful impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior manager in designing the execution plan and collaborate with the Operations team for managing large client engagements, focusing on launch, ongoing operations, support issues, and significant service requests.
  • Understand client operations, conduct primary analysis, and gather data for resolving client issues and conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrences.
  • Execute project management plans for single or multiple sites, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and scope constraints.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver planned work packages within stipulated constraints.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and client teams, preparing necessary presentations and learning materials.
  • Provide training to enhance customer value and satisfaction, and facilitate team development.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, develop and implement process improvements, and standard operating procedures to maximize efficiencies and consistently exceed client service levels.

Role Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Managed a team of executives or associates in an operations environment. Managed a team of at least 5 to 10 people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate assertively given the nature of the role.
  • Strong process/project management, prioritization, and multi-tasking capabilities. Led a small or medium-sized project.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate, negotiate, and persuade while maintaining positive relationships with team members, internal partners, clients, and third-party partners.
  • Experience working with and managing semi-technical operational teams, with the expertise to leverage technology to achieve business goals.
  • Takes initiative and truly cares about the results of what they drive.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, execute business strategies, attain measurable results, and develop clients as partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to process a high amount of data to drive business strategies and decisions.
  • High responsiveness, persistence, and strong work ethic.
  • Strong mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Willingness to travel may require up to 40% travel.
