Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our lead generation and sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or interns who are interested in developing their career in sales, customer engagement, and business development. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by initiating first contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Introduce the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound calls and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain a customer database with accurate and up-to-date contact details.
- Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Provide information about products or services and answer customer questions.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain records of calls and sales and update CRM systems regularly.
- Freshers or interns with a passion for sales and business development.
- Strong communication skills in English (and any regional language if applicable).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Team player with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and sales processes.
