BDM Requirements and Qualifications:

Profile – Business Development Manager (SaaS Experience)

Location – Bangalore

3 to 7 years of experience as a BDM in the hospitality industry, real estate, or any relevant industry

Degree is a must, MBA preferable

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Excellent leadership skills

Critical thinker and problem solver

Great presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors.
  • Analyze data and industry insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a robust pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create customized solutions for clients.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities.
