Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
  • Engage with prospective clients to present company products and services effectively.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and prospect information.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert potential leads into opportunities.
  • Energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
