Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sales)

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Present company products/services to potential clients and conduct demos/presentations.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business reach.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B/B2C environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to pitch, persuade, and close deals effectively.

  • Lead Generation – Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead gen methods.

  • CRM Knowledge – Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.

  • Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication to engage with clients confidently.

  • Presentation Skills – Ability to deliver compelling product/service presentations and demos.
