Customer Success Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

Total Experience – 2-4 Years

Department – Sales & Business Development -Enterprise & B2B Sales

Education – UG – Btech/BE; PG – MBA/PAny Graduate – Any Specialization. (Science stream or MBA preferred)

Industry: Technology, BPO/ITES, Consulting, Defence Forces, Retail
Location: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture
  • long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure ongoing value delivery by optimizing product utilization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pre-sales activities.
  • Foster strong, enduring relationships with clients to maximize their spending share.
  • Gain a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by identifying needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between key customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Performance will be evaluated based on renewals, successful execution of POCs and implementations, contribution to revenue growth, and effective escalation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Minimum Qualification: MBA/B-Tech preferred.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.

  • Exposure to pre-sales, account management, or business development is preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS product customer success role.

  • Strong relationship-building and deepening skills.

  • Knowledge of planning and analytics is preferred for this role.

  • Strong communication, presentation, quantitative, and analytical abilities.

  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution.

  • Assertive and go-getter attitude.

  • Ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines.

  • Strong team player.
