As the Growth & Performance Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of revenue-driving paid channels and collaborate closely with product marketing, content marketing, sales, and design teams to shape our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Meta, Reddit, and Capterra.
- Manage and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and continuous performance monitoring.
- Implement strategies to improve conversion rates (CRO) across all initiatives.
- Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
- Effectively manage budgets to maximize impact and drive growth through experimentation.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute personalized marketing campaigns targeted at key accounts to accelerate pipeline growth and conversions.
- Partner with sales teams to align ABM strategies with sales goals and create tailored engagement plans.
- Leverage tools like intent data, CRM platforms, and marketing automation for hyper-personalized outreach.
- Build and lead a team of BDRs to convert leads into revenue while collaborating on ad creatives and landing pages.
Go-To-Market Initiatives:
- SEO: Optimize website content and performance to drive organic growth.
- Brand Marketing: Strengthen Asti Infotech’s brand identity with compelling campaigns across multiple channels.
- Webinars: Manage end-to-end webinar execution to generate engagement and leads.
- Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Develop co-marketing initiatives with industry influencers to expand reach and credibility.
- Offline Events: Organize and execute offline events to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Content Distribution: Ensure content reaches the right audience through strategic distribution.
- Lead Magnets: Develop valuable resources like templates and calculators for lead generation.
- Community Building: Build and nurture a strong community of potential and existing customers.
- Podcasts: Conceptualize and launch a podcast to establish industry thought leadership.
- Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in performance and/or digital marketing within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in growth marketing with strong expertise in at least one advertising channel for B2B SaaS.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven approach.
- Passionate about learning new products and industries, with an eagerness to dive into technical details.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and proactive with excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- A sense of humor and the ability to not take yourself too seriously.
- Good to Have: Experience marketing to CFO personas.
- Familiarity with billing systems, CPQ, and accounting platforms.
- Experience managing a small team of interns.
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools.
