Job Title: HR Executive
1. Recruitment and Selection:Job Posting and Advertising: Writing job descriptions, posting vacancies on job boards, and managing advertisements. Screening and Shortlisting: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting candidates. Interviewing: Coordinating and conducting interviews, both in-person and through virtual platforms. Offer Negotiation: Extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- New Hire Orientation: Facilitating the orientation process for new employees, introducing them to company policies, culture, and procedures.
- Documentation: Ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation/ and adding employee on Greythr app for new hires.
- HR Administration:
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Policy Implementation: Implementing HR policies and procedures effectively across the organization.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Payroll Coordination: Collaborating with finance department for timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Benefits Administration: Administering employee benefits such as insurance.
- HR Policy Development: Assisting in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Legal and Ethical Compliance:
- Employment Law Knowledge: Staying updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
- Ethical Standards: Upholding ethical standards in all HR activities and decisions.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Internal Communication: Facilitating communication between employees and management.
- External Relations: Building relationships with recruitment agencies, training providers, and other HR-related vendors.
- HR Strategy Support:
- Strategic Input: Providing input and support to HR strategies and initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement within the HR function.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Some positions may require a Master’s degree or specialized HR certifications.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in HR roles, with progressive responsibility.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in HR software and systems. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs.
