Job Title: NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer
Total Experience – 1–2 Years Experience
Department – NOC Engineer
Education – Bachelor’s degree
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network and server infrastructure using monitoring tools.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network/system issues in a timely manner.
- Perform initial diagnosis and provide first-line support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure the resolution of issues.
- Document incidents, outages, and routine maintenance activities.
- Maintain logs and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in system upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance.
- Support change management and incident response processes.
Role Requirements:
- Monitor network systems, respond to incidents, ensure uptime, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
