Job Summary:

  • Lead and oversaw the entire sales cycle for Employee Transport outsourced services in specific markets across India.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach based on our technology platform to create value and address client needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client qualifications and manage the sales pipeline to ensure an effective mix of opportunities.
  • Success in this role requires the ability to excel in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Collaborate extensively with partners and teams across various regions.
  • Responsible for acquiring new business across the assigned region(s) in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contributes to formulating and executing the sales strategy for the assigned market.

  • Expertise in segmenting, developing, and targeting the market according to the company’s value proposition and product strategy.

  • Formulates strategies for marketing thrust areas and drives demand generation through solution-oriented and consultative selling.

  • Identifies opportunities to create new or enhanced products and manages a pipeline of future outsourcing business opportunities.

  • Proactively identifies upsell opportunities for existing clients.

  • Collaborates with Sales Leadership to ensure consistency across sales processes, targeting, prospecting, branding, and sales support materials.

  • Takes primary responsibility for achieving sales targets and plans and executes cross-selling strategies for existing accounts.

  • Ensures the use of appropriate client development tools, processes, and systems for client planning and forecasting.

  • Maintains CRM database for pipeline and individual accounts.

  • Builds on existing domain expertise in the sales function, leads the RFP process, and negotiates SLAs/SOW.

  • Manages sales forecasting, pipeline, and planning frameworks in the market.

  • Represents the product during demos and selling situations, delivers webinars and training sessions, and supports proof of concepts.
